They originally said I had to wait 2 weeks after the treatment was done to be effective but then said it could take up to 4 weeks in some cases. They asked me to call them back after 4 weeks if I see other cockroaches and to provide them with pictures (to make sure I'm not lying).The day after I called, I received an email and a text message saying that they have not received the payment for the service they provided. I answered straight away with details of the payment which was made on the same day.
