Over 2 weeks after they came to spray their product, I saw 2 cockroaches crawling in 2 different spots in my apartment. I called them and they said it was normal. They originally said I had to wait 2 weeks after the treatment was done to be effective but then said it could take up to 4 weeks in some cases. They asked me to call them back after 4 weeks if I see other cockroaches and to provide them with pictures (to make sure I'm not lying).The day after I called, I received an email and a text message saying that they have not received the payment for the service they provided. I answered straight away with details of the payment which was made on the same day. In regards to the photos, these are requested not because we accuse you of lying but to actually ensure the technicians have the correct knowledge of the what species pest are entering and from where in order for us to carry out the most effective treatment.
